Overview

As a UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development team to bring designs to life using AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Designing and implementing user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for user testing
Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborating with the development team to ensure designs are properly implemented
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Participating in daily stand-ups and team meetings; completing monthly reports; and following team policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX/UI designer
Expertise in AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated and able to troubleshoot technical challenges
A passion for design and a dedication to creating exceptional user experiences
Employment contingent upon completion of background check
Bachelor's degree in design or related field required

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics
